My photography is about the essence of my subject in a way that creates a sense of mystery, enabling the viewer to be drawn into my images, giving them the freedom to create their own narrative. I aim to create a sense of mood in my images, so that I have a personal connection with my subject and to this end my art is almost exclusively in black and white with a minimalist quality. I strive to show my subject’s form and shape in a way that leaves the imagination open to different possibilities.
